Sean Whyte is the owner and operator behind Northern Land Services, bringing over 10 years of combined hands-on experience in the services we offer.  From septic system installation to tree removal, we have worked on a wide range of projects, including site prep, septic install to final grading of residential home and seasonal cottage builds.  We understand the unique challenges that come with Muskoka’s terrain, soil conditions, and regulations.
